Jonis was very helpful and provided all information I requested. If he was not in possession of the exact information he did his best to aquire said information. This included the financial statements for the past 2 years, the proposed budgets for this calendar year as well as the structural reports now mandated by the state of Florida.

Mike was very professional and knowledgeable with the sale of my dad’s condo. His communication skills were superb as we were working with him from out of state. She took the time to go look at all the different condos that I was interested in. She was able to face time me with her phone while I was in Massachusetts where I live full time. She was able to find out or figure out any and all questions that I had. I was lucky to have her. I would definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends. She is very good and is even a better person.

I can’t say enough about how happy we were with Jeff. He went above and beyond as our realtor. She had the patience of a saint in dealing with the buyer, while keeping me sane during some very frustrating negotiations. The buyer kept changing the rules of the game, demanding additional concessions after we thought there was an agreement, changing sales restrictions after contracts were submitted and then rejecting a signed sales contract, and otherwise being extremely difficult. I don’t know how she put up with it.

Beyond grateful a simple inquiry lead to Brittany representing me for my first home purchase. Brittany really did everything she could to ensure I got my dream house. My husband and I plan on retiring to the Ormond Beach area and recently took a trip to view some property/homes. We met up with Shelee and were given a more in depth tour of the area.
